Josephs’ September Anniversaries

Our employees are very important to us. Each department and individual play a vital role in ensuring we carry beautiful merchandise and perform top quality repair work.  We are proud of the Josephs team each and every day, and this month we’d like to say a big “thank you” to those who are celebrating their work anniversaries!

Phil Isley, a bench jeweler, celebrated his 55th anniversary with us this month! He brings years of jewelry knowledge to our team and we are grateful to have worked with him for so many years. The Des Moines Register came into the store for an interview and we are eager to see the piece published in the next few weeks. Fun fact: Phil has been working at Josephs longer than the 4th generation Joseph, John Joseph, has been alive.

Evelyn Hake, in our shipping and gift wrap department, is celebrating 11 years with us and we are very thankful for all that she does – we couldn’t do it without her! She’s very proud of her 8 grandchildren and is a huge Green Bay Packers fan.

Trisha Joseph, Vice President, is celebrating her 9th year at Josephs! She is part of the Josephs legacy and is a great leader to have around the store. She loves her two dogs and don’t be surprised if you see one of them, Mr. Butterz, running around the city because he broke out of her house again.

Keitha Anderson, bench jeweler and restringing extraordinaire, is celebrating 8 years with us and we appreciate the creativity she brings into her work. She has a 3 year old son and a 38 year old husband who share the same chief interest… Star Wars!

Cody Helm, sales manager at our downtown location, is celebrating 5 years with us. It’s evident he is passionate about what he does, and he is an integral part of the downtown team. Cody gets married this November. He also has baseball in his blood – his grandpa pitched for the New York Giants!

Anna Weise, bench jeweler, is celebrating her 2nd year with us. She’s kind-hearted and brings a fun, refreshing attitude to work every day. She works hard on her own unique jewelry line and has a soft spot for her ball of fur, Stella the cat.

Madison Kaiser, jewelry sales, is celebrating her 1st year with us and we couldn’t be happier to have her smiling, positive energy on the team. Don’t ever get into a movie quoting contest with her – she can quote the entire movie of Wayne’s World without skipping a beat.

Laura Ballotti, at our West Glen service desk, is celebrating her 4th year here. She is very efficient, a hard worker and we appreciate everything she does. In her free time, she likes to ride her motorcycle.
